Board-certified plastic surgery in South Florida
Dr. Jacob Freiman plans every augmentation around your frame, your existing tissue, and the life you return to afterward — for a result that reads as balanced, not obvious.
The procedure
Breast augmentation — augmentation mammoplasty — increases the size, shape, or fullness of the breasts using implants placed beneath the breast tissue or chest muscle. It remains one of the most commonly performed cosmetic procedures in the United States.
At his Fort Lauderdale and Delray Beach offices, Dr. Freiman plans each augmentation around your natural proportions, your existing tissue, and your goals — whether that means restoring volume after pregnancy, correcting asymmetry, or refining your shape. The aim is balance, not a bigger version of someone else.

Your options
There's no single right answer — it depends on your anatomy, your tissue, and the look you want. Switch between the three below to see what Dr. Freiman walks through with you.
Pre-filled with a cohesive gel that closely mimics natural breast tissue — the most popular choice among Dr. Freiman's patients.
Filled with sterile salt water after insertion, which allows a smaller incision. If a rupture occurs, the saline is safely absorbed by the body.
Cohesive, teardrop-shaped implants that hold their form even if the shell is compromised — for a naturally sloped contour.
Placed beneath the pectoral muscle for added coverage and a more natural upper slope.
Placed between the breast tissue and the muscle. Recovery tends to be quicker.
Placement is matched to your measurements and goals during your consultation — never a formula.
The inframammary approach — hidden in the natural fold beneath the breast.
The periareolar approach — placed along the edge of the areola where it blends in.
The transaxillary approach — no scar on the breast itself.
The goal is never a bigger version of someone else. It's a balanced version of you.Jacob Freiman, MD, FACS
